Needs further eval: Aortic atherosclerosis at any age is significant especially at less than age 50. It can be a marker of plaque build up in various arteries in your body. You should check your family history for early onset heart problems , stroke or circulation problems in feet. Also get labs to check cholesterol panel. Smoking, alcohol, lack of exercise will increase your risk further. Discuss with your Doc.
