Should i be concerned that my amylase is slightly high? the range is 28-100. mine was 105. been having upper gi pain but ct scan of abdomen with contrast was normal - would that rule out pancreas issues? if so why else could amylase be slightly high?

You could watch and wait, especially if have no symptoms. You may repeat the test in 3-6 months after an overnight fast. If you get abdominal symptoms see a doctor sooner. Wish you good health!
