Chipped Primary 2th: Yes, she will lose that tooth at approximately 6.5 to 7 years old. But in the meantime, that tooth helps in her speech development and guide the secondary teeth into place. Only an examination (pediatric dentist) can determine what treatment is needed. Please call for an appointment.

Pedodontist: Baby teeth act as guides for erupting permanent teeth, and early removal is discouraged. Tooth should be treated by Dentist. Nerve of tooth may be exposed, If tooth becomes infected can cause severe damage to unerupted adult tooth. At 15 month your child is 3 months past due for her 1st dental check-up. Please immediately contact a children's dental specialist, a Pedodontist.
