6 weeks 4 days from last period. Doc found yolk sac & fetal pole but didn't see a heartbeat. How worried should I be? What could be goin on?
After my IVF transfer (1 PGS normal embryo) I had an early scan at 5w4d, but gestational sac was measuring only 5.4mm with no yolk sac or fetal pole. Im going back one week later when I will be 6w5d, so what should I expect to see? Will I miscarry?

Fetus measuring 1.5 inches at 8 weeks. 1 yolk sac visible. Could it possibly be twins and only half of one was visible making it appear to be large?
