Had my first u/s today measured 6 weeks...the tech only saw a gestatbional sac..no yolk or fetal pole. said everything looked ok..i'm still worried???

Repeat US in 1 week: It's not uncommon for a US at 6 weeks to show only a gestational sac. It's possibly that the fetal pole is lagging and it just needs a little more time. Be patient. There is not much you can do but think positive. Getting a measurement of the gestational sac size can be helpful as well for us to guide expectations.
