Around 5 wks preg. on jan. 6 hcg was 13,200 & jan 8 it was 23,000. had iu us on 8th. yolk sac visible, but no fetal pole. hcg too high for +outcome?

Too early to know...: At 5 weeks, you may only be able to see the yoke sac. This doesn't mean something is wrong. You don't always see a heart-beat until 6.5 to 7 weeks. Remember that 5 weeks is only 3 weeks from conception. Its very early. I wouldn't worry at this point. You might consider repeating the scan at 7 or 8 weeks. Best wishes!
