May be early : You are right at the cusp of when the yolk sac can be seen. You likely need a repeat ultrasound in 1-2 weeks to reassess.

Possibly: It may be too early to detect those structures. Your doctor may wait to see if the pregnancy progresses, do serum beta HCG blood test, or ask for repeat ultrasound in 4 to 6 days, depending on your symptoms.
