I am 6 weeks and 1 day and my beta is 4556.00 they seen the sac and the yolk but no fetal pole. is this a possible blighted oviam?

Repeat sonogram : Most likely your doctor will want to repeat the sonogram in a week too see if the fetus becomes visible. They probably can not definitively determine if a normal pregnancy or blighted ovum is present based on the current information

Too early to know: Traditionally the level of hormone above which we should be able to reliably detect an embryo in the uterus is quoted as 3600 -6000 (depending on which study you read). So it is quite probable that this is still a normal pregnancy. You will have to wait a few days and get another scan to be sure. The wait can be agonising! I wish you well.
