Bowel sounds: This sounds entirely normal. Gas bubbles and pockets are normal in the intestines and you're just pushing the gas around. It will eventually pass out your rectum by farting. If you also have abdominal pain or abnormal bowel movements (diarrhea, constipation, cramping, etc), check with your doctor.
