It may mean that you eat lots of fermentable food high in sugar and carbohydrate. You may want to adjust your nutrient to have more fiber and less of what you are currently eating.

May be diet related may be food intolerance like gluten sensitivity, soy or dairy. If you eliminate gluten for a week and see a change there is an issue with gluten sensitivity. if you eliminate dairy for a week and see a change there is a dairy/lactose sensitivity May also be irritable bowel or inflammatory bowel.
