Borborygmi!: Every now and then, we all have noisy abdomens. This is the normal sound of gas moving through your bowels. If you have excess gas, check your diet for changes.
Borborygmi: rumbling sounds caused by gas moving through the intestines, commonly referred to as stomach "growling"). Pronounced bor-boh-rig-mee. The singular is borborygmus.

Bowel sounds: Are going on all the time in a healthy abdomen.A lack of bowel sounds indicates a problem.If u have diarrhea/ constipation, nausea/vomiting, weight loss, or abdominal pain...These are common abdominal/gastrointestinal problems.
