Stomach: The structure you're pressing is likely your stomach, maybe your colon. It sounds like it's filled with gas. This is often due to swallowing air (stomach) and is often a sign of irritation. The sound is call "borborygami" and is an intestinal sound. Something's going on! Could be infection, parasite, ulcer, colitis, gastritis and many others. You need some testing.
