No. Signs& symptoms of intestinal obstruction include severe abdominal cramps, abdominal distension,difficulty passing gas or stool and may include vomiting. I feel you're hearing normal intestinal peristaltic small intestinal or colon contractions provoked by drinking or eating.

If it were obstruction, you would likely have difficulty passing gas, no bowel movements, abdominal distention, possible nausea/vomiting, and pain. What you are experiencingg is normal peristalsis of the gi tract.
