Improbable: Keep monitoring your pancreatic enxymes: you would have to have amylase 3 times normal value Plus medical symtoms of abdominal pain. Gallstones and duodenal problems can also cause transient elevations of amylase and lipase.

For years fluctuating elevated lipase (1-2x out of range to normal, sometimes mild) normal amylase. Ct & mrcp normal. No pain or nausea. Gastro says benign, wont approve eus or ercp. 2nd opinion?

Incidentally found high lipase numbers, fluctuates to normal to high. Ct scans contrast, upper gi, ultrasound. Recent mrcp normal. Asymptomatic, no fam history. All 4 gastros say benign condition.
Urine amylase slight elevated (0-17) 25, regular serum amylase. Normal mrcp, CT scan, ultrasound. Any reason why urine elevated and not serum?
