A 41-year-old female asked:
How accurate is the calorie count on my elliptical machine?? if i'm working out for 30+ minutes and the calories burned says 100, can i rely on that? i understand i must burn more than i consume, but how can i calculate my burn at 5'5", 185 lbs??

Calorie calculate: Get the app Cronometer and enter what you eat and exercise you do and see. 100 calories is about 1/2 Snickers. You need to exercise more or eat fewer calories. Simple in concept difficult in execution.
