Depends on your BMR: You can calculate hour daily cals needed to maintain weight.You need to calculate your BMR from BMR calculater available on web, that will tell you number of calries you need if you stay in bed all day.You can add calories for exercise and daily activities.You can use harris bannedict equation.That is the total calories you need to maintain your weight.
