More: I assume you are trying to lose weight in which case you need to burn more calories than you consume (roughly). Otherwise,there is no "need" to burn calories

Hard to say: Caloric need/burn is based on body mass/age & activities. If you are consuming 800 calories, unless you are a small baby you will not have enough energy to get through the day. If you will start over & provide your weight, average activity level & some explanation for why you need this info we can likely provide a focused answer.
