I used an online calculator to calculate calories i need to maintain and it says 2094 per day. if i eat 1300-1600 calories per day and burn 300 + with exercise. do i add my burned calories during excercise to the calories i'm cutting out with food?

Losing weight?: The decrease in calories combined with calories burned exercising will give you an idea of if your calories expended exceeds your calories taken in.
