Local issue: Your post does not cite your location. In the US there are various government sponsored sites that do free testing coordinated through local hospitals & emergency response agencies. I would contact your local health department & see what is available to you at your location.

Where do you live?: If you live in USA, CDC guidelines for COVID 19 testing are at https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-nCoV/hcp/clinical-criteria.html. However, state & local health departments/ providers make actual testing decisions. Some states require a dr's referral & others don't. People can call their health care provider if they believe they should be tested. Look for free testing sites.
