I just got a negative covid test result and i need a work release form signed by a doctor to return back to work. how can i obtain one? and how much would it be without insurance?

Call your primary care physician to be evaluated and to get the form signed. Your primary care doctor can review your situation, including your exposure to Covid and your negative test result. If you don’t have a doctor, you can look into the primary care clinic on HealthTap and find out how much it would cost. And, get a Covid vaccine if you haven’t already. Best of luck to you!
