I am able to exercise 7 days a week no problem. i walk up stairs and my heart beats fast. saw a cardio, and i had ekg done which was normal. ecg done also normal. i sweat when i get excited or stressed. idk what is going on. perhaps angina idk though?

Fast heart beat: Your symptoms are not characteristic of angina which is usually caused by coronary artery blockage. The best test to evaluate your symptom of fast heart beat with exertion is either a treadmill stress test or wearing a heart monitor as an outpatient and note when you're experiencing a sensation of rapid heart beat and what you were doing at the time.
