I am able to exercise 7 days a week no problem. i walk up stairs and my heart beats fast. saw a cardio, and i had ekg done which was normal. ecg done also normal. i sweat when i get excited or stressed. idk what is going on. perhaps angina idk though?

Your symptoms are not characteristic of angina which is usually caused by coronary artery blockage. The best test to evaluate your symptom of fast heart beat with exertion is either a treadmill stress test or wearing a heart monitor as an outpatient and note when you're experiencing a sensation of rapid heart beat and what you were doing at the time.
