35yr.recently i have been having shoulder & arm pain(no chest pain/fatigue) when i am stressed.it is random with mild sweating.ecg is normal.but i am afraid it could be angina. what is the best way to make sure it is not heart related. ?

Cardiac stress test : is the way to start the medical evaluation in my opinion. According this test result your doctor manage you appropriately . An echocardiogram could be ordered to find out about inside of the heart. So you need some work to be done. See a doctor to start an evaluation.
