Orthodontic Tx: Your orthodontist has formulated a treatment plan to bring your teeth into alignment and provide a harmonious relationship between your maxillary and mandibular teeth. If s/he intends to extract two premolars, it indicates you have more than "just a little" overjet. Discuss your concerns with your orthodontist and understand the rationale so that you feel comfortable with your care.
