That depends: First off, Molar teeth are back teeth, they do not grow behind front teeth. Also some people have extra teeth or baby teeth that "forgot" to fall out. The first thing you need to do is have a dentist figure out which teeth these actually are. Once that is done you can decide if orthodontics, extractions or a combination of both is the best way to go.
