Dr. Theodore Davantzis answered

The pain may be coming from another tooth. Sight unseen it is hard to say. If tooth/graft related your dentist can examine you and refer you to the appropriate specialist. If it is neurological in origin then see a neurologist.

If it seems to be the surgery site you can self-refer to an oral surgeon or periodontist.
