I have a really bad overbite that just needs to be fixed medically. my orthodontist said it could be fixed with braces but now shes saying that shell pull my impacted teeth out. but theyre cute and never cause any problems. can i just fix bite?

No one can diagnose your issue or possible treatment options over the internet, sight unseen. You have only so much room in your mouth and if more room is needed to create space to move teeth, then those impacted teeth have to go. You're more than welcomed to get a second opinion from another local orthodontist.

Multiple issues. Orthodontist will not do extractions, but will refer to Your Dentist or preferably oral surgeon for extractions. Wisdom teeth may be positionally a problem when trying to fix 2nd molars. Without exam and records we can only suggest that you discuss concerns w your Orthodontist and/or seek 2nd opinion from another Orthodontist.
