It may be possible, but not necessarily wise. Is your 6mm discrepancy a horizontal overjet or aa vertical overbite? If vertical are your lower anterior teeth over erupted? Are the spaces caused by malpositioned teeth, overly narrow teeth, or both. Treatment usually proceeds faster, with a better end result, if both arches are treated, Please see aa qualified specialist Orthodontist.
