I have upper left discomfort on thr side next to my ribs, and sometimes over to my shoulder blade. it seems to get worse when a have a full bowl. my very first mammogram about 10 years ago they said there are some fluid on the side down armpit?

Discomfort near ribs: I'm not familiar with fluid in the axilla except in postoperative cases. Apparently no abnormal lymph nodes were seen. Accessory breast tissue can occur in the axilla. I'm unclear as to what a full bowl is. The question is whether you're experiencing pathology in the armpit for which I recommend consulting a breast surgeon or whether you're experiencing a neurological problem & see a neurologist.
