With : With a history of pulmonary embolism and hypertension you need to see your doctor asap. This could be another pulmonary embolism, myocardial infarction, dissecting aneurysm of the aorta, gall bladder disease, esophageal spasm, etc. Go to your local emergency room.

No smoking: Oral contraceptives can be associated with blood clots in the lungs (dvts) or lungs (pulmonary embolisms) and one of the bigger risk factors is smoking, especially over the age of 35. I am not aware of studies that show Aspirin (asa) decreases the risk of blood clots while on oral contraceptives.

NO,There is a : Potential interaction between Prozac (fluoxetine) and ultram .There is a risk of developing serotonin syndrome when the two medications are taken together. Serotonin syndrome can be serious and even life threatening. It is the result of high levels of serotonin in the body. Serotonin syndrome is characterized by having at least three of these listed symptoms: tremor, shivering, agitation, diaphoresis fever.

Get re-evaluated: It seems that your pain is distressing/frustrating you from lack of response from med..And possibly not knowing exactly why. I would recommend seeing your doc again and express your concern--he/she may send you for xray/mri, pt, add/change med, or send you to a specialist for additional eval/treatment. Best of luck.

Orthotics: Assuming you already have supportive shoes that fit properly, you will benefit from custom orthotics. These devices fit into shoes and are made to properly support your feet. The type of orthotic is dependent on your foot structure, activity and weight. Consult with a podiatrist.

HEADACHE: Constant headache x 3 days, unilateral, periorbital, left temporal, occurs same time of the day can be cluster headache. Alcohol intake triggers it. Because it is exdruciating, attacks are aborted by injections of tryptans and ergotamine. Prevention is with verapamil , etc. See neurologist for more advice.
