i'm having slight pain discomfort in my left side chest. and also a numbing pain in my left shoulder and half way down that arm.

It is unlikely: that a young woman would have coronary artery disease and heart pain but it is not unheard of. Your symptoms could be cardiac, neurological or musculoskeletal.
