It is unlikely: that a young woman would have coronary artery disease and heart pain but it is not unheard of. Your symptoms could be cardiac, neurological or musculoskeletal. This cannot be differentiated over the internet. It would be advisable to see a health care professional as soon as possible and be evaluated.
