Most likely: You've had a complete cardiac evaluation in addition to having symptoms for several months which makes coronary artery disease very unlikely. There are many non-cardiac causes of chest discomfort;again,because your symptoms have been going on for several months and you're a 33 yo female,a serious cardiac or pulmonary problem is very unlikely.
