May be reflux . May consider omeprazole or famotidine for reflux . Also may be gall bladder , esophagitis or even eosinophilic esophagitis. Consider evaluation by gastroenterology

Most likely cardiac anxiety syndrome. Discuss with your Drs who know you. Your body is talking to you. Listen and take good notes. What starts it, how long does it last where does pain go to, what is it like? sharp, stabbing, pressure etc. Share with your Dr.
