See your PCP: Start with your Primary Care Doctor. They can do an initial evaluation and if needed refer you to a specialist who does testing. Once the results and evaluations are done, it there are signs and symptoms of ADHD noted, your PCP can start you on medication.

Adhd: Suggest you see a psychiatrist who can assess you for your symptoms and help develop a treatment plan. Good luck!

I refer all of my adult ADHD to a local neuropsychologist for comprehensive ADHD and other types of testing, and he is worth his weight in gold.
