See your PCP: Start with your Primary Care Doctor. They can do an initial evaluation and if needed refer you to a specialist who does testing. Once the results and evaluations are done, it there are signs and symptoms of ADHD noted, your PCP can start you on medication.

Neuropsychologists: In addition to my colleagues' remarks thusfar, neuropsychologists also are capable of incredibly detailed and nuanced adult ADHD evaluations. I refer all of my adult ADHD to a local neuropsychologist for comprehensive ADHD and other types of testing, and he is worth his weight in gold.
