I am leery of anyone who acquires the label ADHD that was not diagnosed in childhood by age 6. There are many medical and non-=medical conditions where lack of focus and distractibility are part of their presentation. Get an evaluation by your doc, who can rule out treatable medical issues and refer you to a local source of testing if appropriate. Online tests are not worth the time invested.
