I have pain in my right knee. i had surgery in january, didn't help. got an mri scan showed a bakers cyste, and some scar tissue from the surgery. i have now been going to a physiotherapist since april, still pain on the inside of my knee. help pls?

Just got my MRI report. Note is made of a lobular septated 2.6 cm posterior perisynovial ganglion cyst about the knee joint. Is this the same as bakers cyst? Do you think this caused my calf pain? Do I need surgery to remove it? And is it must?
Injured knee dec 2013 X-rays and MRI of April 2014. PT until September, different doctor said torn acl and meniscus, did surgery to repair after months of Pt still in pain. Did steroid shot in May 2015. Now there is a grinding feeling in knee ?
