A member asked:

Is diastolic dysfunction grade 1 with mild concentric lvh can be reversed? if so, how? note that the high blood pressure is well controlled

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends: Depends on the cause. Although high blood pressure is a cause of diastolic dysfunction, it isn't the only cause. There are many medications than can help, many of which are considered "blood pressure" medication but can also be used as a second indication to treat what we call, "ventricular remodeling." Hope this helps
