i am having a ringing on my right ear. i went to nortons immediate care and they gave me some antibiotics cause the doctor said i had a small infection. i did take the whole treatment but still having ear ringing and sometimes it hurts. i dont know if i need to see an specialist cause nortons just examined my ear but they did not do anything else. please advice ringing ear?

See a Dr.: Tinnitus is typically a middle ear problem. It is frequently caused by lack of sleep, depression, anxiety, and stress. Other underlying causes include: Exposure to very loud sounds on a regular basis, ototoxicity from meds (aspirin, diuretics, gentamycin, vincristine. See an ENT Dr if this continues. Testing can be done to determine where the problem is and appropriate treatment.
