Was diagnosed with polimyalgia in febr 2020. i'm experienced pain in temporal areas,more on the r side. i am really tired and not feeling well. is on prednisone 1 tab daily. worry about constant pain in face and temporal areas?

PMR plus: Some people with PMR also have temporal arteritis where the small artery in the temporal region of your head becomes painful. Fever can also accompany this but it is a good idea to work with your primary doctor and possibly a rheumatologist to see if they might need to do further blood testing or even a biopsy of the temporal artery to make sure of the diagnosis.
