It started wedn last week with dry coughs. friday i was still coughing quite a lot, had dizziness, heavy chest,nausea nd tiredness symptom.went and saw a doc she gave me prednisone,zilphone,tubuhaler. today im still coughing a lot,feeling dizzy,nause?

Seems you might need some Antibiotics as well. Ask the Doctor and a Covid-19 test might also help define the direction of treatment for the near future
