Non specific symptom: Unfortunately, headache and fatigue are non-specific. You are on relatively high doses of azathioprine and prednisone. The Prednisone is a steroid. Side effects include trouble sleeping, nervousness, heartburn. Azathioprine suppresses immune system. Side effects include nausea, vomiting, poor appetite. The crohn's flare alone can cause fatigue and headache, just like any illness.
