Fitbit recently added hrv readings. after a few days ive noticed my hrv is regularly at about 35ms. im a 19yr old, 135lbs, and exercise moderately. i know fitbit is not completely accurate, but this seems very low. should i make an appointment?

Fitbit pulse: You are correct Fitbit can miss counting pulse. I recommend you count it yourself. Feel pulse at base of thumb at crease where skin wrinkles when you bend wrist down. Also google how to check your own pulse. Time number of beats with a second hand and count for 60 seconds and check what Fitbit gets. If the same call your Dr. You have very slow heart beat called bradycardia. Not likely normal.
