Heart rate of 52 at rest is bradycardia but not considered significant unless you are symptomatic. Heart rate dips lower during sleep in most people.

Physical Activity is one of the methods to help relieve Anxiety and Reduce Obesity. At 27 years of age , it would be very beneficial to become more active by doing some Programmed Exercises on a daily basis. Might seem uninteresting at the beginning but becomes very exiting and enjoyable quite soon.
