My baby is 5 months old and shes currently having a temperature of 37.1 and a runny nose shes not eating well, she looks like shes teething but i am not sure if thats the reason why shes not well should i take her to a doctor?

Sounds pretty normal: The cited temperature is normal. Runny nose at that age is often due to exposure to nasal irritants like perfume/dust/smoke. Eating patterns fluctuate day to day. If her look bothers you she may be in the early stage of an illness, You can monitor at home or have her seen. Do what your "mommy" sense tells you.
