Hi doctor! i have a 7 months old baby she's been sick for almost a week now she has blocked nose and coughing, i've been using prospan, calpol and illiadin for babies but she's still sick. what else can i give her?

Nasal saline: Nasal saline and cool air mist may relieve congestion and decrease post nasal drip. Discontinue the other medications, and if there is a fever, please call your pediatrician. Sometimes upper respiratory infections may linger, but if there are symptoms of fever, dehydration or a prolonged cough, please see your pediatrician next week.
