i started having symptoms on 9/1. i have general body aches, unrelenting migraine, severe diarrhea, exhaustion, and a temperature of 98-103.8. right now its 102.1 i have been checking a pulse oximeter. my oxygen is 91-98; and my pulse is over 90. im wondering how serious i should take this. i tested negative for covid. sure hope this makes sense to you. i appreciate your help fever and illness since october 1?

Oct.2nd22 I developed a cough,fatigue,body aches so took home COVID-19 test, itwas neg. Then in addition 2nd day I got fever, painful cough, light yellow mucus,mild laryngitis,so tested again day 4, it was positive. Are home covid tests accurate?
