I have severe body aches, fatigue, and a fever but as of now no cough. my doctors think its corona,but im not sure as i have no cough?? is it possible to start of covid 19 with no respiratory problems or is it more likely i have something else?

Its possible: Its not often that EVERYONEl develops all symptoms of COVID. You may have combination of these symptoms not all. So I agree with your doc- stay home, self isolate, keep yourself hydrated, check temp daily , most important, be positive, optimistic, do deep breathing. If you feel horrible, contact your doc
