Can influenza present with only fever, headache, fatigue, and body aches (sometimes severe)? covid negative. symptoms for 2.5 days. came on suddenly. no sore throat or respiratory. might have a slight cough, not sure. should i worry?

Influenza and other viral syndromes can present as you have described. Symptoms typically last 3-5 days. If you worsen or symptoms persist for more than a week then it would be a good idea to see your primary doctor. Hope you feel better soon!
