Good morning i am experiencing terrible toothache and i am a bit swollen. i have used listerine mouthwash but still, do i go to the dentist while my gums are swollen or do i have to wait?

Toothache & Swelling: Your issues will not resolve on their own, so waiting is fruitless as is the use of Listerine to resolve your problem. Please call a dentist and be immediately seen to avoid a spreading infection.

Now!: Sounds like an abscessed tooth, a severe virulent infection. As you have discovered, mouthwash can't treat an infection. Important that you see a local De test as soon as possible touring the infection under control. Swollen gums will not self. heal, you need professional care.
