Yes: As long as you are not swallowing it. Any mouthwash that is antibacterial is great for pregnancy gingivitis. Or if you're concerned you can get equally as effective results using warm salt water or a mix of 50/50 hydrogen peroxide with water.

Pregnancy/gums: Ask your own dentist to evaluate the cause of your bleeding gums. With the normal hormone changes during pregnancy it's more likely to have bleeding gums. However, there may be other causes such as poor oral hygiene, improper technique, etc. In general for most adults, it's best to use a mouthwash without alcohol anyway. These are questions best discussed with your own dentist.
