Morning. i have been struggling with irritated gums for a while now. i consulted the dentist twice. i use elgidiun toothpaste and fluoride mouth wash 4 to 5 times a day and the problem just persists. it gets so bad i develop headaches from it.

After fluoride gel at the dentist and a bit of suction, i always have excess saliva form which i swallowed. Is there enough fluoride gathered in this saliva to give you a headache or cause problems?
